Stay away from Jennifer Nickell. She will prescribe stuff that is out of your plan, when you explicitly tell her not to. Then when its prescribed and $682 out of pocket, they act like nothing happened. Then Jennifer Nickell will scream at you and tell you how disrespectful you were and how you dont understand the system. Even though she previously prescribed a $682 test "that wasnt covered". Horrible experience for me. Moved to Molalla and had met with the office to set up support. Filled out new patient information and transferred medical records to them. Tried to make an appointment and was informed they had no room for New patients. They flat out lied to me. Had to go to Canby for a primary care physician. I am a retired health care professional and have never, ever, been treated like this. Do NOT, try to get service from them.

I have seen several providers here, and have had great service every time. I can's say enough good things about Dr. Riley. She is fantastic.

What use is this building? They aren't doing their jobs as an urgent care facility. They need to get shut down because they turn away patients that actually need the help.
