Very helpful! They gave a list that recommended what foods to eat. Was recommended psyllium husk from WinCo instead of high cost brands.
My wife's doctor has sent in a referral TWICE for a pretty urgent need and this place cannot even be bothered to call her and get her on the schedule for an appointment. I understand being busy, but I cannot understand being too busy to even call and blow her off when she needs a plan. We generally speak highly of Legacy and prefer them over other systems, but have been disgusted with this clinic.
