I would not recommend using this medical group, or if you do, I would not use Dr Proctor. He is a novice in this profession, and doesn't seem to understand the importance of communicating with a patient or family members of a patient. Due to this, my dad doesn't use him anymore. I called the LMG on 25 Nov to obtain a referral for my dad (who is homebound and cannot do many simple tasks by himself anymore) for personal care assistance with Medicare.
