An incredibly awesome HVAC company with superior customer service and strong family roots
My AC quit working at my office on a Monday morning. I have a lot of temperature sensitive patients so I was desperate for quick service. They arrived same day, had a part delivered, and had the office back to 70 degrees by 5pm. Christian was amazing, polite and respectful of the office and patients and did a fabulous job!
First time using Legacy and had a great experience. Christian was very nice and prompt on the phone and scheduled me for the next day. Colby was very friendly and worked hard to clear our super clogged vent with Mike. Mike did a great job explaining the issues we had and what they did to solve them. Both nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Will be doing yearly maintenance with yall and hope to see them again. Thank you!
We have used Legacy numerous times and they always come through professional and top notch! Christian is quick to get someone out to diagnose the problem, and Mike with great communication, knowledge and ability to complete the job quickly! We will continue to use Legacy as our go to experts.
My air conditioner would not communicate after a power blip yesterday. I called and they fit me in first thing this morning. Not only did they work in the rain and storm, they saved me money by troubleshooting and not just replacing expensive parts. Found out it was a faulty wire. Saved me a ton of money! Thank you to Mike and Cody for working hard! Highly recommend
