For truck drivers! I checked in at 8:45 AM for a 9 AM appointment and got the dock door right away. Loaded in less than 30 minutes. The staff at the check-in office is nice and respectful.

I own many of their products. I know it’s more expensive but I expect the quality and service to back up the price. Recently, I had a hose leak and balloon and I submitted a support requested on their website. They asked me to cut both ends of the hose before they would send a new hose. I’ve never been asked to jump through so many warranty hoops from a manufacturer.

I purchased a Flexilla cord reel and within a couple uses the racheting lock mechanism quit working. I was able to get the product replaced in a decent timeframe, however the new reel had the exact same issue even before using it. I know, because I disassembled both reels and the piece that the racheting tooth pivots on was broken on both reels in exactly the same place. Obviously a common design flaw which should have been resolved before this point. Disappointed in the quality and durability of their products.

1000% lack of communication from the owner Jacob all the way down. Ordered something 6 months ago. They are running there business with no ETA for delivery then get made at you when you ask about your order. Even when we paid over $3000 upfront for brass sill extensions. This company is a complete joke save your self the time and look elsewhere.
