I have a Flexzilla hose that had a problem. I provided a few pictures and documentation and they shipped me replacement. No hassles just great customer service.

For truck drivers! I checked in at 8:45 AM for a 9 AM appointment and got the dock door right away. Loaded in less than 30 minutes. The staff at the check-in office is nice and respectful.
I own many of their products. I know it’s more expensive but I expect the quality and service to back up the price. Recently, I had a hose leak and balloon and I submitted a support requested on their website. They asked me to cut both ends of the hose before they would send a new hose. I’ve never been asked to jump through so many warranty hoops from a manufacturer.
