Please Beware!!! This was the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at a locally owned business. They “fixed” my vehicle and gave it back to me 2 times with no a/c. The first time it cost me $186, the 2nd time $300 and now for the 3rd time they still want to charge me $760 after the “Owner Discount”. It got so bad that I actually had to get the owners number and obviously that still didn’t help. They quoted me a 8 hr job and kept my truck for 7 days. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we’ve had with any repair shop. We’ve brought our truck to Legacy Lube and Maintenance four separate times over the course of more than a month for the same ongoing issue, and every single time we’ve gotten a different answer. One visit it’s one part, the next time it’s something else—but the problem never actually gets resolved.
