I had the same experience as Heather- I paid them in August 2015 for Christmas lighting- they never did it and I have not received my money back either- they won't take my calls. Terrible.

Be very careful using this company! They will steal your money and stop returning your calls. I paid $1,700 up front for holiday lighting. They never installed it and will not refund my money or return my calls. I am going to have to take them to small claims court which could have been avoided if they had just tried to set up a repayment. :(

BEST landscape lighting company in St. Louis. Superior customer service and communication. Love their work! Will definitely use them again !

If being absolutely the worst service in the world got you 5 stars, then they earned them. We contracted for Christmas lights that were a struggle to get up correctly in the first place and it is now 3/3/16 and they are still up. That is except for the ones that are now falling off.

In March of 2015 we paid for a maintenance agreement. It took them two tries to get the maintenance done properly. We called in very early December 2015 for them to replace three burned out light bulbs. Lady on phone said they were in the middle of installing Christmas lights. I reminded her that we had a maintenance agreement. She said she would try to get someone to replace them, but it never happened. They never returned our calls even those made after Christmas.
