We had Legacy replace a small concrete patio with a larger paver patio. Chris gave us a fair estimate in a timely manner. They started the project earlier than expected as well. Everyone on the crew was great. We will definitely recommend Legacy in the future!
Chris and his team not only beat the price of other competitors, but we're incredibly easy to work with! They showed up exactly on time, we're incredibly efficient. HUGE RED FLAG! After I posted the below fronk review, the office person DM'd me THREATENING LEGAL ACTION for a poor review, saying their lawyer would be in touch and the review was illegal. Absolute bull and intimidation tactic. I cannot imagine anyone would want to risk a financial interaction with a company that threatens legal action without a hint of validity. ... ... Chris please, please call me back on this repair matter. You were supposed to come back in the fall? No call backs or response for several months. Is there any reason why? We've been nothing but good to you and treated you like family. What happened? Maybe you're not getting any of my messages. Just so I know if I have to hire someone else to fix this situation this spring!!
