Jake was so unbelievably easy to work with. He communicated with me whenever I had a question (NO ONE does that anymore), he listened to what I wanted and did it. It is exactly what I pictured it to be. It was done quickly and very well. Thank you very much for restoring my faith that a company will actually do what they say they are going to do and complete it. I love what you did. Thank you very much.
I'm sure we have all dealt with contractors who don't follow up and/or perform substandard work. It seems that is the norm nowadays. Well, get ready for a breath of fresh air. Legacy Landscape is as good of a contractor as I have ever dealt with (I'm 63). Jake, the owner, is the best at communicating with the client; the workers are outstanding; the job was performed on time; and the job he did for me (and the other people I have referred to Legacy Landscape) was fantastic. Customer service, Jake, in particular was not professional what so ever. They were completely rude, after having an estimate done on Thursday by Friday they tried to make me feel bad for not following through by stating ‘they already bought the product’ even though they said they were going to start this project later in October. They continued to hassle me saying that if the product was dropped off we should tell them not to leave it at the driveway because it would cost him more.
