Wow! That’s probably that worst experience I’ve ever had at a lab and the worst patient care I’ve ever experienced. Went in last week, 3 ladies working. Was there for almost 40 minutes to leave a urine sample. Younger gal at check in, couldn’t be bothered by the little elderly man trying to check in on the kiosk. I’m a little frustrated right now. Trying to make an appointment and their first website question is what kind of appointment. I have no idea what that is. So I check glucose and it says I can’t schedule online, I must call. So I call and then it says to do it online.
Polite and very quick service. Nice staff and phlembotomist.
This place is pathetic after Labcorp took over from Legacy. I was there on time on my last visit and had to wait 25 minutes to be called in, while the person on the front desk is validating insurance info with another client. Then, they are obviously understaffed, which I noticed 2 lab technicians multi-tasking and being stressed once I was called in. On top of that, they never checked with me my insurance info, so they made a claim with wrong (outdated) medical insurance provider, which sent me the bill with full amount owe... read more
I'm so sorry to hear about their poor service recently. It almost prevented me from going but somehow my timing was just right for doing a walk-in appt. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
