Computers are always down!! There's never a convenient time to go, even with an appt. Legacy ran this lab like butta!!
LabCorp is the absolute worst. Their computer system never works and every time there’s an issue and this time it was the computer system glitching so the order kept showing as not being complete so she had to draw three tubes of blood and stick twice for the same one order. And they ran the same test 3 different times with each of the tubes. And left a nasty bruise, who does this? Shame on them.
THIS IS NOT A LABCORP like it says on Google Maps. It is a Quest. So if you go here expecting it to be a LabCorp like it’s labeled, they will not have your orders. They are competing lab companies. It’s really frustrating when companies don’t make an effort to update their Google Maps info when they make a major change like this.
Since being purchased by LabCorp, this place has gone way downhill. The staff are rude and don’t know anything about policies. You have the check yourself in and answer 8 pages of questions in a confusing and poorly designed system that takes _forever_ to complete. The doctor called in the orders, why do I need to fill everything out, they sent you all the details already! They don’t seem to have enough staff. From now on I’ll be having my lab work sent somewhere else.
