I never have a good experience here. Always losing my orders, so rude, I hate having to use this place. I've heard them being rude to most people that come in. Its sad. The front desk people are the worst.
I had the best experience here - I have tricky veins and almost always have a negative experience getting my blood taken. I had to come in twice in the same week and Carolina got it on the first try both times! She is the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had and I’ll definitely be coming here every time :)
Update as of 1/29: After I filled out the 'Experience Feedback' on the Labcorp website the district manager called me to discuss. This made me feel good that they will follow up on customer responses. He did make mention that they do not look at google reviews. Previous: I saw that Labcorp had not responded to any of the google reviews. My initial rating would have been a 3 but because of this, my rating is a 2.
