Signs inside the building could be improved to find this place. But the service and blood draw were perfect.
Dont really care for the process before getting blood drawn. I come in twice a month and have to present insurance card to get copied as well as answer the same questions every time. Seems weird to me and wastes a lot of paper. Other than that the phlebotomists are great.
We go here every 6 months to check medicine levels and everyone has gone over & beyond for us! They really do care here and treat their patients like family. They deserve 5 stars many times over!!!
The phlebotomists were great. But the front desk receptionist was anything but helpful and was clearly uninterested in helping. I was scheduled for a 2 hour glucose test at 8:30 am and an ultrasound right after on the 3rd floor at 10:40. The lab was running behind, which was fine so I was going to be late to my ultrasound. The phlebotomist said just go to the desk and have them call and let ultrasound know you'll be right up after your last blood draw.
