Although efficient, the lady working this morning was very mean and nasty! Take that attitude to airport security and get out of health care please.
My vein was blown due to negligence. I have had my blood drawn countless times and I have never had pain while viles were changed. She was literally pressing on my vein which I said “that hurts” and she very causally said “oh, ya your vein blew” as if my vein did it on its own…. I’ve also had a vein blown once before with a bruise NOTHING LIKE THIS! My brother is a Dr and said he has never seen a “blown vein” this bad ever. This was 5 days ago. I called as soon as they opened, to inquire if my labs were ordered at this specific location, I left a message. They returned my call in 30 minutes and they were able to tell me my labs were ordered there and the specific ones ordered. I walked in at 1130, got through reception, had my labs drawn, and left. It took maybe 15 minutes. The whole thing was quick, painless, and very helpful. I was apprehensive when reading the reviews, but this will be where I go to get my labs done. Small and personable.
The staff at this location do a good job. I don’t like Labcorp. They aren’t the best in supporting their locations but the people who help us always treat us well.
Took my daughter today for her first time bloodwork -and it could not have gone better! The gentleman (I wish I got his name) was so kind and did a wonderful draw. I didn’t experience anything the other reviewers mentioned. I made my appointment online, they sent a link to check in but was greeted as soon as we walked in. We pay cash and the price was unbeatable. Just an all around great experience!
