Took my daughter today for her first time bloodwork -and it could not have gone better! The gentleman (I wish I got his name) was so kind and did a wonderful draw. I didn’t experience anything the other reviewers mentioned. I made my appointment online, they sent a link to check in but was greeted as soon as we walked in. We pay cash and the price was unbeatable. Just an all around great experience!
Ok guys I didnt have a problem here, I was out of there quick and the blood draw was quick and painless. Believe me after quest diagnostics, this place was great in comparison- at least here they had more than 1 staff member and I didnt have to wait for literally hours.
Edit: NOT only is there the issue of everything below, but low and behold, Jenny also missed HALF of the order she was able to get. My labs are time sensitive, and I'm a full-time college student. I really hate leaving negative reviews, especially at a location I've gone to for years now, but this needs to be said. Do not go here if you need labs done. I went for my regular standing order, as well as a specialty order on Wednesday (I am a kidney transplant recipient, and come here often). Immediately, the front desk woman/ phlebotomist, Jenny, was hostile to me, and my mother who accompanied me. I had a great experience there today. Very nice people and my person was amazing with the needle. I didn't feel a thing. Highly recommend them when you can.
