I had a great experience there today. Very nice people and my person was amazing with the needle. I didn't feel a thing. Highly recommend them when you can.
Had a horrible experience with my 18 month old here. The place feels dirty and unorganized and there’s no privacy. Styrofoam coolers stacked in piles everywhere. I should have taken one look and left, but my son needed bloodwork. The entire staff was in a bad mood. Two different people poked my son in the arm ‘feeling around’ for a vein while he screamed like I’ve never heard before, only to not find a vein. Extremely unprofessional middle aged woman receptionist. Cannot express how much you should avoid this place.
The staff at this location has been unfailingly kind, accommodating, helpful and efficient over the several years I have used their services. SO, WHY HAVE I GIVEN ONLY ONE STAR? My doctor sent over the order for a blood test. Before going to the Legacy office, I tried to phone them at the only number listed (seems to be a central scheduling office, not the local office) to confirm it had arrived. It hadn't. I love this place and would give it five stars but I have to take a star off right now just to put this notice on here. I made an appointment months ago for a blood draw but no one is here. Apparently they're not open on weekends anymore but nobody notified me and I still just now got a text reminder of my appointment. I'm sitting out front of the door and no one is here.
