My husband & I, have purchased, cleaned & fixed jewelry here always a great experience. Joey is great!!!
Joey was asked to downsize 3 rings by my mom, but he unilaterally cut of all 3 original gold bands, put some other bands on the original ring and totally redesigned rings without permission. Joey did not provide my 74 yr old mother with a service receipt for resizing which was concerning, and had she not paid him by credit card, there would be no paper trail regarding his wrongful actions. Joey was only supposed to size rings, not cut off original bands and keep them. Customers beware.
