Their goldsmith Scott is the man! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I drove from Flagstaff on my day off and walked in with no appointment, desperate to get my ring fixed. I had sizing beads placed on my ring in Flag but the ring was still loose and was given back to me with tiny dents and unpolished (jeweler didn’t add rhodium plating back so it was faded yellow). Had the opportunity to watch Scott the Goldsmith design and build an extremely unique piece of jewelry. The shop has a great selection from collectibles for the kids to high end custom designs. This is the place if you need a repair or new piece that shines. Thank you Scott for the excellent experience!

I was so happy with my experience in this delightful store! First, they repaired my watch and then polished stones for two rings. The customer service was exemplary and beyond belief in today's world! I would strongly recommend this store to anyone seeking excellent customer service as well as knowledgeable personnel!

Called first to ensure they purchased diamond rings. Was told Yes so I drove down there. Then told no. Wouldn't let me use restroom and gave me an unsolicited reason why my work needs work. Then called another company to get a price for my ring but couldn't wait so owner said she would call me but never did! Waste of my time and gas! Do not recommend!
