I recently had a piece of jewelry that had a broken very fine gold chain. 2 jewelers said I needed to buy a new chain. I was delighted to find Legacy Jewelry in Prescott that had onsite a true Goldsmith! He repaired the break in two places in maybe 15 minutes at an incredibly fair price. I can’t remember experiencing this incredibly high standard of quality service in a very long time!

I really appreciate Legacy Jewelry! They are super helpful and they know what they are doing. I needed a gold chain fixed and it was an extremely quick repair. I also needed the stone on my wedding ring replaced and they worked so hard to find me the exact stone I wanted within my price range. I am so thankful for Legacy Jewelry and their employees!

I wish I could say I had a great experience but I did not. I brought my ring in to get fix, it had a broken prong. When I got it back the center stone sat much higher than before and all 4 prongs were super sharp. A few weeks later the prong got snagged and broken again. I called and left a message and over a week later still have not got a call back. I will be taken my business elsewhere.

I took my engagement ring in on a Wednesday after work to be resized and it was done and ready to be picked up Saturday afternoon! I had my son with me when I dropped the ring off and they had a small kids area he loved and the jeweler even came over and gave my son a hand drawn coloring book he illustrated himself to take home! They downsized my ring from an 8 1/2 to a 6 1/2 and it was only $65. I’m really happy with the overall experience and my ring fits perfect.
