Was hit by an unlicensed driver who was driving a car insured by this horrible company. They took 1 week to respond to the claim (Lindsey Padilla who is rude, unhelpful, and arrogant. Honestly shameful behavior) And now all I'm hearing is that they are giving the insured time to respond. It's been almost 3 weeks. Horrible company, with horrible response time, horrible customer service. Wouldn't be surprised if they are up to some legally questionable things. Went there the other day as they still haven’t contacted me after two weeks. Doors were locked, a lady looked at me thru the window then walked away. This place sucks
I should give it 0 stars. First of all they don’t get back with you, I am still waiting after my accident for them to contact me. I call and call they never call back. I am dropping this Ins. They suck. Believe me don’t use this company. Now I know why there so cheap.
