Buyer beware the lack of communication this company has is awful in my opinion they should have a zero star rating. Something happens to your home and they act like they're doing you a favor for sending somebody out to fix it when it's still under warranty and try to tell me I should be blessed it's over 100° in Texas and when your AC goes out and you have a spouse that has health conditions I consider that urgent. Ugly rude lady at front desk ......my husband went to get an application and before even applying she asked "do yo u have papers? Are you legal?". He didn't even filled out anything... So he said yeah..but I'm not interested anymore.
These house are of the worst quality. I have been in my house for 4 years. And from day one had nothing but problems. For the firts 9 months I sent numerous emails about the issues the house had including the fact that it leaks severely every time it rains. The minor issues were "looked" at but nothing ever done about the leaking. Now my house us growing black mold and I, being a single mom" can't afford to do anything about it.
