Just want to give a big shout out to Legacy Hospice for their professionalism. Starting with the administrative phone. When I have strong concern or issues LeAnn who answers the phone immediately brings me to a calm state. She has been able to answer 95% of my concerns and questions. Rick and his staff are amazing. It was a very difficult decision to put my grandma in hospice, but we are glad we chose Legacy. Rick and his staff made the process easy and very comforting. From day one our answers were answered, anything my grandma needed we would have it taken care of right away. They truly care about the patient and their families.
