If I could give a 0 I would. Being serviced in the Baldwin Park/ La puente region. My grandma- since day 1 of hospice (total time 3 weeks in hospice) received 0 communication, constant transferring, no answered calls and false promises. A nurse would be scheduled to come one day or a bath aid and we spent hours trying to get a hold of someone. If you have a day time nurse- they come in and out with little to no attentiveness.
