Everyone is very nice and ready to help in anyway.
I first met the staff at Legacy in 2015 when I needed help with my mother who was suffering from dementia. From the initial intake til the day my momma passed away, there is no way I could have done it without Legacy. Anytime I had a question or concern, I could call and get answers and if need be, the nurse came by for a visit. The staff of Legacy became part of our family. They were my God sent angels. I have to say this company is off the chain! My nurse,Erica was always there for me. She talked to me and gave me comfort during some dark times. I wasn't expected to survive and she was a shoulder to my family. Erica is a major asset to Legacy. Thank you Erica for taking such great care of me!
We had an awful experience with this company. They lied to us daily about coming. Everyday they said "we have him down for a visit tomorrow ". Tomorrow never came! The equipment they sent us was not even functional. The bed would not raise up or down. Come to find out it had 2 headboards and no footboard which prevented it from working. The bedside table was also broken. They delivered oxygen, but never put it together. They were very uncaring during our difficult time.
