After standing in the kitchen of my 650,000 home and being assured by John we would revived a 1 year warranty there is no follow through. I closed on my home august 2020 and STILL have not had people out to fix warranty items. Now John claims we didn’t get a warranty on the home. 🙄. Way to make a happy customer. I have a small list of warranty issues that need fixed. They sent out the window representative to see why I have water leaking into my home and doors that will not close also leaking water.
