HOA sucks and no amenities.

Austin one of the builders managers was very unprofessional. During a walk through every concern brought to his attention he constantly would make excuses and tell me it was no big deal. As if my concerns were not being addressed. He even went to the extent to tell me that a concern that was not completely fixed was no big deal. Spoke with Silas and now in process of building our future home. He did not make us feel rushed. He is very available to answer our occasional questions. So far the process has been great. Many options to choose from to make it our own. Since we are new to the area, he made great suggestions for restaurants and other area attractions. Thanks for the great attention and information.
