Property management sucks. I’m not entirely sure what the purpose of paying HOA fees are for since we don’t have ANY amenities. The only thing they could possibly use it for is lawn care and dog poop stations but that’s also half assed. There was a few times during the summer the common areas grass were up to knees in weeds and grass but they wanna complain and hand out fines about a couple pieces of grass reaching up to the flower bed borders. What a joke!!!!
