Legacy Homes is a quality builder who we highly recommend to build your next home. We have purchased 8 new homes over the years. Our Legacy Homes experience was the best. The house closed on time, something we have never experienced before. Legacy has a reputation for on-time closings. The construction and finishes are of high quality; e.g. no nail.pops after 9 months. Any issues were minor and were dealt with in a timely manner. You cannot go wrong with a Legacy built home. We recently purchased a home from Legacy Homes. The owner made the process seamless. We had a great experience with all the employees and subcontractors used by the builder. The few minor issues we had on our closing walk through and our 30 day warranty period were fixed quickly and professionally. Would recommend Legacy Homes to anyone
My husband and I had a house fire in March of 2023. We were devastated. We walked into Relocation By Lisa to find a rental and it just so happens to be Legacy Homes as well. They reassured us they could rebuild our home in no time. We had been told by many people it would be at least 1 to 2 years before we get in our home but Legacy Homes had us in our brand new rebuild in less than 7 months.
