If given the option for zero stars, I’d be selecting it. There’s too many other home builders out there. Shop around and don’t settle for the poor workmanship and cutting corner shortcuts in order to meet unrealistic deadlines, which are very likely directly hinged to lack of oversight, accountability and inability to keep quality workers. A myriad of issues since we moved in and the warranty dept can’t people long enough to have anything solved, so your issue(s) will either get put at the bottom of the pile or shuffled arou... read more

Moved into our Legacy build just over a month ago and it's been nothing but issues since. Absolutely love the look of the home, so it's unfortunate that it's come with so many issues. First, they gave us the wrong mailbox key. No big deal, right? They told us to call the post office to get the correct one. The post office says the builder has all the keys for the boxes in the neighborhood. Legacy then says, whoops we must have lost it, you'll have to get the post office to get the lock switched. So we go to the nearest post ... read more

We moved into an already built home. We are still waiting on our garage door to be fixed. Legacy leaves their lots over grown with weeds. I am going to start sending them a bill for weed control. The lot next to us has had the foundation poured for well over 8 months and has sat vacant. I cant wait to warn whoever eventually buys the house. Who ever is in the department of picking house colors needs to be FIRED. Our neighborhood is looking trashy with these Easter egg/whoville paint colors . DO BETTER

Do not move into any subdivision where legacy homes is building, not even with a different builder. Legacy homes turns their section of the subdivision into a trashy, dirty wasteland. Their subcontractors (all different-drywall, landscaping, flooring etc) are all extremely unprofessional. They take over the neighborhood with their mess. Leaving trash and debris everywhere for months. Dirt piles in the roads for week. They don’t clean up after themselves and make the entire subdivision look cheap and dirty.

We bought a spec home, in 2021. Overall not a bad house, plenty of goofy things in the home design, overall not terrible, but the biggest complaint is their warranty dept after buying the home. It is an absolute joke. A simple but necessary roof repair that took well over 6 months from submitting to complete, and an appliance issue that we ended up having a to fix ourselves, but worst of all we have had a damaged sidewalk (that is litterally sunk in and a serious injury risk for kids playing or even just people walking on, l... read more
