Tommy at legacy mobile home on Texas street in bossier is a con and liar. He had us to pay $10,000 down in a home that he said we were approved for only to findvout he lied to us then he tried to put us in a home that didn't meet the standards for a blind 78 yr old lady. Tommy gave UA a written signed agreement to return our down payment IRS been three month since he refunded $5,800 leaving $4,200 to have been refunded within 15 days but hasn't happen.
