Legacy home remodeling did an amazing job!! I had about 9 different window reps ranging from Joyce, Renewal by Anderson, Window Nation, Window World, etc. come by and I went with Legacy in the end, and am very happy that I did! I had 15 windows in my home replaced. The windows that they use are mid to premium grade windows, but after seeing all of the other folks show their windows, I would put these at premium grade windows. Working with Legacy Homes has been a great experience so far. Q, who first knocked on our door, was down to earth and very easy to talk to — no pressure at all. Riley walked us through the design process and was so knowledgeable, and Tyler (who she's training) was very nice and super down to earth. The best and most convenient part? We had a wonderful experience with Legacy Windows! Our sales representative, Riley, was knowledgeable, honest, and answered every question we had. She was upfront about the entire process and never made us feel pressured. Riley also gave us excellent recommendations for replacing our windows and front door, helping us make the best choices for our home. We truly appreciated her professionalism and expertise. I started interacting with Legacy in response to a contact person at my door. I was in need of a roof repair or replacement. The Legacy representative came to talk with us and examined some areas. He was very polite and helpful sharing information. We decided to hire them to install a new roof. They will begin next week.
