Legacy home remodeling did an amazing job!! I had about 9 different window reps ranging from Joyce, Renewal by Anderson, Window Nation, Window World, etc. come by and I went with Legacy in the end, and am very happy that I did! I had 15 windows in my home replaced. The windows that they use are mid to premium grade windows, but after seeing all of the other folks show their windows, I would put these at premium grade windows. There were no major delays and windows were delivered and installed in a timely manner. The installe... read more

Working with Legacy Homes has been a great experience so far. Q, who first knocked on our door, was down to earth and very easy to talk to — no pressure at all. Riley walked us through the design process and was so knowledgeable, and Tyler (who she's training) was very nice and super down to earth. The best and most convenient part? We had a wonderful experience with Legacy Windows! Our sales representative, Riley, was knowledgeable, honest, and answered every question we had. She was upfront about the entire process and never made us feel pressured. Riley also gave us excellent recommendations for replacing our windows and front door, helping us make the best choices for our home. We truly appreciated her professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend Legacy Windows to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service!

Based on that experience, I felt confident moving forward with the installation of two entry doors a... read more

We had the pleasure of meeting with Taylor Radford, she was professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. She made sure to get us what we needed for a price we were comfortable with. Explained industry standards and WHY a premium product is worth the money. The warranty is also a big draw. 10/10 I will be calling her specifically for any of my future exterior remodel needs.
