Please fix my mom's roof, and we would be happy to fix our reviews. Things sent from my mother's address smell like mold and her grandchildren are becoming ill from exposure. This could have been remedied during your "warranty period" where your company has stated that they were aware of ice forming inside her home. Maine is a freezing place. It's unkind to not ensure her roof is structurally sound.
Roof leaked from day one Company did not use any underlayment that was paid for & refuses to take responsibility
I love the style they build and quality of workmanship.
I have had very bad experiences with this company. They installed a standing seam roof for me in 2019. 4 1/2 years later, I have had too many leaks to count, and twice have had panels blow off in the wind. Early on, the company attempted to fix issues under their express warranty, which lasted 2 years. More recently, they have said it is not their problem and refused to come back, even when the issues clearly stem from improper installation.
