Legacy has been extremely professional and caring for both me and my grandfather. They're always there to answer any questions I have and walk me through them, I'm extremely grateful and happy to work for them and being there for both me and my grandfather.
Legacy Homecare did a fantastic job making me welcome from the very first time I entered their office. They have protocols in place to make everything run smoothly from scheduling to clock in/clock out procedures to helping get coverage for my shifts during an emergency. Management is helpful and the entire office staff is happy to answer questions when I have them. The tasks I am expected to do are clearly defined and they have excellent trainers who helped me learn every detail.
I can’t say enough good things about this company and the management. This is truly a company that actually cares about their employees and their succession.
Legacy has always worked with my school or personal schedule. They allot awards for attending your shift and for being on time. They always send Christmas, birthday, and other holiday cards. When the office folks and caregivers all come together, we provide an excellent client experience.
