I would not put my family member in any legacy Healthcare facilities, none of them. This company is about money and not patient care. They don't pay their bills and they take money from their hard working employees. I wish I could tell all of their bad habits but there isn't enough room.
When i say I would give one star if I could, I sincerely mean it! This company is terrible. I have never set foot in the parma location but legacy health services as a whole is a TERRIBLE COMPANY! They don't not care about their staff or the residents that call there facilities home!! They only care about money! Please do NOT send your loved ones to any legacy building.
