I had a very disappointing experience with the Legacy Healing admissions call center while trying to learn about their services and whether I would qualify for inpatient care, specifically because I am seeking treatment out of state due to limited local options and the impracticality of commuting to certain facilities. The first representative I spoke with, Matt, stated that level of care was irrelevant because my insurance does not cover out-of-state providers. Legacy Healing Center is truly a place of hope and healing. The staff is spoken of very highly, and their commitment to compassionate, professional care really stands out. They have a strong reputation for supporting recovery and treating people with respect. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking help.

Unfortunately there was no confidence with this organization from the beginning as they do not value discretion. This led to a lot of embarrassment and stress with my children, ultimately making my situation worse. The first is like dealing with a call center, less personalized offer of help or attention. Please avoid this group as they can't get the initial contact right, let alone any potential treatment they may recommend.
