Poor customer service and a botched haircut. I will never return.
I have been a client of Legacy's for the past 4 years. The service is EXCEPTIONAL! I have had Sarah, Holly, and Tarye do my hair, and they are FANTASTIC! Hands down, this is the most professional, highly trained staff that has ever worked on my hair. I would never go any where else, and would reccommend Legacy to EVERY SINGLE PERSON! The quality of their work far surpasses any other salon in NC! Thanks Legacy!
