We wanted to downsize to a smaller residence and found Legacy Groves by Pulte Homes in Nokomis to be the perfect fit for our needs. This smaller HOA residential community offers villas as well as stand alone homes. We opted for a very well designed villa with a pond view, which offers maintenance free exterior, a beautiful pool, close proximity to downtown Venice, beaches, Sarasota hospital, theaters and shopping. We love living here.

My wife and I enjoy our new home at Legacy Groves by Pulte Homes. Our builders were very attentive to our needs and answered any questions we had. Our location is another plus. We are located near historic downtown Venice, new hospital , and several beaches. We recommend Legacy Groves by Pulte.

I just bought in Legacy Grove. I’m having a few things done before moving in. The Villa is spacious and open. The only thing is it would have been nice if they had planted one orange tree in each yard to represent what the legacy is. I do think I will be happy there. The people at Pulte were professional and courteous and always available for questions. The buying process was easy.

I just purchased by first Pulte home in Legacy Groves. The upscale features and quality of the house are excellent. The size of the development appeals to me, small with just the minimal recreational offerings I was looking for, as well as the proximity to Venice, the hospital, shopping centers, and numerous restaurants, etc. I looked at all the developments around this area, and no other developments, other than the DiVosta/Pulte developments are comparable in terms of quality and offerings.

What a great find! Legacy Groves is a true treasure. Working with Pulte was a very positive experience for our first ever new home build and feel great about our decision.
