I miss the groves, too, but I'm glad they built this small development.
I am a neighbor and I miss the Groves and the little ice cream store. I am sure the houses will look nice but for the quality of build I don’t know. It was suppose to be affordable family housing but they raised the price several hundred thousand after everyone flooded to FL. They also flooded some homes and drained some wells during the excavation process. I saw they have models open now. I guess 10 years from now no one will remember what was there. Video of the last time I smelled the intoxicating orange blossoms
Way too expensive when you come suder the lot and the Villa are 2 separate prices.
