I don’t post much on FB but when my wife and kiddos get disrespected like they did today, I cannot stay quiet. All of my McKinney, Allen, Plano and Frisco Friends put this place out of business. From my wife....I would like to start by saying ... I walked into Legacy Pet Grooming just like I had done many times over the last 1.5 years. I have a Maltese and a schnauzer. RecommendedHannah is simply one if the best and most caring groomers you could ever have! I would love to have her groom any doggo however she wants! always handmade bows and perfect grooms! nice to not only the pets but their parents as well! simply the best along side Sondra! without them it just wouldn't be the same! lovely lovely people!
Terrible Experience! These people are rude. I made an appointment and dropped my dog at 1:00 p.m. The lady told me that she will call me once he's ready. I got a call at 1:51 p.m. This place is 20 min from where I live and the man was extermely rude when I got there. He said he called me several times but I said that I got the first call at 1:51 I was on a conference call and it's now 2:23 p.m and I'm here. My 2 dogs are groomed here. They do a wonderful job of taking care of my pets.... they look perfect & smell so good!!!
I have 3 dogs a Standard Poodle, a German Shepherd, and a Labrador. They do a great job grooming the poodle and de-shedding the others. They come home smelling great and I trust them with my babies who obviously like it there! I won't go anywhere else!
My 145 pound leonberger Thomas definitely recommends Legacy Grooming. When he was going to Dog Shows, my handler said don’t ever make them mad because they do a great job. For Professional Handler to approve of their grooming is high praise. Thomas now gets groomed at least every two weeks before he does his therapy dog visits at Baylor hospitals. The patients and staff always remark how majestic he looks.
Efram & Kerri have been taking care of my dogs for 10+ years. I started with Legacy when they were located in Plano. Even though they moved to McKinney a few years ago, which is a 30 minute each way drive for me, I still take my babies to them to be groomed. I wouldn't think of taking them to another groomer. Tucker and Jing Lei always look like little show dogs when I pick them up. Efram & Kerri are such loving and caring people. They are so kind and gentle with my babies.
