We walked into Legacy Granite and Quartz in Pensacola not knowing what we wanted. Nick Chianese greeted us as soon as we walked in. He showed us around explaning all the diffrent options we could choose from narrowing it down till we found the perfect countertops for our new house. There is a 1/2 inch slope in a 7 inch piece of trim. I reached out after the installation which was included in their pricing. They sent two guys out that proceeded to try and tell me that it’s normal. The guys that came out took pictures of their 6 foot level at angles that didn’t show how messed up the job was.
