My wife and I stopped into Legacy Furniture to shop for a couch, as soon as we entered the building, Garrett Washington came over to greet us. We had an excellent experience at Legacy when buying a lift recliner for my husband. Matt listened to what wanted, took into account our home situation and then showed us specific chairs he felt would accommodate our needs. The chair we got is perfect. Garrett was very professional, patient and helpful. We were able to look around without pressure. He would come and check on us to see if we had any questions but didn’t linger causing pressure. We had not purchased a sofa in about 15 years, things are so different now, but the experience was still excellent.
They have the best customer service anywhere. Garrett was fantastic and went way above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure we were satisfied and he was so patient when I was being very indecisive and he didn't pressure us at all. They have very nice quality furniture with reasonable prices. We have purchased furniture there in the past and we were highly satisfied and we will continue to shop there. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We highly recommend them. Thank you so much Garrett.
