Terrible customer service from the young lady at the front desk. She was very dismissive and made it seem like it was my fault that their oil change service next door does not get the appointments scheduled online. If you don't schedule appointment for car inspections, it should be removed from the website. This was an inspection from an error made at this location, but only offered to keep my car for a couple of days (which i wasn't prepared for). Didn't offer a good time to bring it back or any alternatives, just kept look... read more

Absolutely excellent customer service! Highly recommend! Communication is excellent and very thoughtful.
Where do I even start? I worked here for eight months — everything was fine until management decided that taking a vacation was somehow a fireable offense. The “official” reason was a supposed no-call, no-show for a shift I was never scheduled to work. I had zero attendance or performance issues. Over that same time, more than $1,300 was deducted from my paychecks under the vague excuse of “account recreations,” and no one in management or HR could explain what that meant.
