Legacy Ford Ponoka is a great dealership. From the first phone call to the delivery of our new vehicle the experience was amazing. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the process easy.
BOUGHT A BRAND NEW SUV...FOUND THREE INSIDE DOOR PANELS DAMAGED, SHOWED THEM RIGHT AWAY.. SAID THEY WOULD FIX THEM, BUT IT WAS A SATURDAY SO WE TOOK VEHICLE HOME. GOT A CALL AND WAS TOLD BEST THEY COULD DO IS GET THEM REPAIRED. A BRAND NEW SUV AND WE GET REPAIRED DOOR TRIM PANELS? THAT WAS NOT OUR FAULT..UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! OF COURSE THIS WAS ALL PROMISSED BEFORE THE SALE WAS COMPLETED. ONCE THE SALE WAS DONE WE ARE NOW LEFT WITH DAMAGED PANELS TO A BRNAD NEW SUV I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND DEALING HERE

Constantly have to fight with the parts department. I booked an appointment for first thing in the morning, only to get there and have them tell you they can't do it. This has happened multiple times. I even specified on the phone what the appointment was for to make sure they can actually do it and get reassured, only to have them be like "oh no, sorry, we can't do that" in person. Cancel the appointment then. Call the customer back and reschedule or cancel, instead of having them drive to their appointment and have their t... read more
