Dropped off a vehicle there to exchanged it for another (dealship swap). Staff there were very friendly and helpful. Felt welcomed there.
My husband and I stopped in at the Legacy because we were having trouble with our windshield washer spray. Just outside Fernie in Elko when it stopped working and we had to drive for twenty minutes or so without being able to clean out windshield. We made it safely to a gas station. Cleaned the window, lifted the hood and checked it ourselves and couldn't see anything even when we pushed the spray you could hear the pump but see nothing. While in transit from Calgary to Vancouver, I had a waterpump fail in Sparwood BC. It was towed to Legacy Ford in Fernie They got on it right away, had to over night a belt and had it back By 9am next day Strong customer service focus Thanks to all the staff for the courtesy rides and quality work Much appreciated Duncan
