Phenomenal service department team! I am from Calgary and spend almost every weekend in fernie. My F150 does the commute with ease every time. This past weekend we had problem on Sunday when leaving and the truck went into limp mode on luckily before we left town. So we turned around enjoyed the view and brought the truck in Monday morning to the team at Legacy Ford. Legacy Ford dealer in Fernie BC helped me out big time!!! Wheel bearing went leaving me stranded 3 hours from home! Sherry in the service centre helped me out big time with warranty work and getting things looked after; really appreciated her help! The manager Mike was able to help with diagnosis and the mechanic Jason stayed late to help get me back on the road! Overall I am very impressed with how they helped me out! Extremely happy with Fernie Ford. I had an issue in AB about another Ford dealer refusing to do work on a camera recall and thankfully my family had purchased the vehicle in Fernie and service manager Sherry came to the rescue! She went above and beyond to look into the recalls more thoroughly and contact AB ford dealer with concerns, coming up with the solution very quickly. 10/10 would recommend this business and love the customer service and support.
Brought my vehicle in for what was supposed to be a $90 30 minute appointment. When I picked it up they had also done a wheel alignment unbeknownst to me which increased the cost to $229 because they said "it was way off" . (I just had a wheel alignment done a little over a month ago). Had to return for a follow up wheel alignment appointment as the steering wheel sat crooked when driving down the highway.
