I came in for an alignment and tire rotation. I spoke with Dale at the customer service desk who couldn’t be better. The technician was struggling with an over torqued lug nut and stripped the stud. They managed to remove it in a timely fashion and the technician had a tough time with the alignment as well due to a rusty tie rod and the lower control arm.
