*Went Above & Beyond* What an amazing experience dealing with Mike and his service department team! We had a poor experience with another Ford dealership and they really restored our faith in Ford. We dropped off the vehicle and he was able to provide details about the issues. The Ford master tech took a look over the whole vehicle and told us what was priority and what was recommended.
