I went to Legacy Ford in attempts to test drive and purchase a vehicle I saw on their website. Needless to say they pulled the old bait and switch on my husband and I. Their claim was that they no longer had the vehicle I looked at on their lot because they decided without my knowledge that they were selling the vehicle in an auction, but WAIT...."We have this other vehicle for you that is less than what you were wanting to pay for the other one with the same options"....the catch, it has 81k miles. Purchase experience was ok but when it came to handle a GAP cancellation, their accounting department was pretty useless, huge lack of customer service, not following up, did not return calls when asked to, provided wrong information and a total lack of adherence to the written agreement. They will not follow thru the original contract agreement no matter what. I’m glad I cancelled the GAP insurance and didn’t have to use it.
