Legacy Flooring & Design installed a shower in our home in 2021, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, the shower was poorly crafted, with multiple chipped tiles that had to be replaced. During that process, they compromised the waterproofing, leading to leaks outside the shower. We gave them multiple opportunities to fix the issues, but they only made things worse. Horrible work and products provided by this company. Did not even ask them back for repair work needed (installed broken tiles, installed broken flooring, missed grout lines, no cleanup after work, miscut tiles and flooring, even missed flooring under cabinet ledge) i would rather pay someone a second time to fix this disaster!
