If you book a day to get your vehicle in and serviced dont expect to actually get it in that day. They called me at the end of the day after I dropped it off to tell me they didnt get it in. So I rebooked it after the lady promised me my van would be in the shop snd tended to first thing in the morning. We'll empty promises. Same thing, they didn't touch it. I came in without an appointment on my company vehicle, Megan was awesome they got me looked right away I've been here a couple of times before and they are always awesome, the most important question she asked is do have a coffee yet just kidding g she was very helpful and accommodating I will let my company Watt and Stewart/ Trimac know that this experience was beyond excellent
Great place to conduct business
I am sharing my experience with Legacy Dodge in Fort McMurray regarding my 2025 Ram 1500 Limited. On January 23, 2025, I experienced a complete brake failure while driving. Multiple warnings appeared including ABS faults and a check engine light. I contacted FCA Roadside Assistance, and it took approximately 48 hours for the vehicle to be towed to the dealership.
