Thanks for you help and getting me home great guys got me in as soon as I showed up and got me driving again quickly
So, was extremely reluctant for many years to bring my Durangos into Legacy. Their reputation was not exactly good. But, when I noticed an oil leak on my SRT my options were limited. Off I go. Met Terri at the main service location and I was concerned, she could see that. She sent me to the fleet service. I didn’t even know this existed! Dropped my truck off for a simple tire change which didn’t get done after 8 hours, despite me calling mid-day to check the status to which I was told they’d get it in right away. Ended up taking the vehicle home not serviced. This isn’t a one off incident with fleet center unfortunately. Last oil change I sat and waited about 4 hours despite having an appointment. Very much regretting purchasing the maintenance package so I wouldn’t have to take my vehicle here.
