I am sharing my experience with Legacy Dodge in Fort McMurray regarding my 2025 Ram 1500 Limited. On January 23, 2025, I experienced a complete brake failure while driving. Multiple warnings appeared including ABS faults and a check engine light. I contacted FCA Roadside Assistance, and it took approximately 48 hours for the vehicle to be towed to the dealership. So, was extremely reluctant for many years to bring my Durangos into Legacy. Their reputation was not exactly good. But, when I noticed an oil leak on my SRT my options were limited. Off I go. Met Terri at the main service location and I was concerned, she could see that. She sent me to the fleet service. I didn’t even know this existed!
