Dropped my truck off for a simple tire change which didn’t get done after 8 hours, despite me calling mid-day to check the status to which I was told they’d get it in right away. Ended up taking the vehicle home not serviced. This isn’t a one off incident with fleet center unfortunately. Last oil change I sat and waited about 4 hours despite having an appointment. Very much regretting purchasing the maintenance package so I wouldn’t have to take my vehicle here.
100% better than the “other” side that shan’t be named.
We absolutely hate bringing our vehicles to the other dealer(legancy) and someone told us about the fleet shop. 100 times better. Vehicles fixed properly and on time. And they go above and beyond to get it done. Always positive and helpful.
