They were prompt and very nice over the phone plus, they didn't skimp me when I offered up my scrap gold. For the exchange rate at the time, they gave me a good deal. I haven't traded silver or bought jewelry with them yet, so I don't know what those experiences are like. I look forward to doing business with them again some time.
