Dropped off our lawnmower for repair/service. It wasn't starting. Got a call it was ready, picked it up - got it home and as we were unloading it we discovered a hole had been melted through the cover. Didn't bother to unload it just took it straight back to them (5-30-20). They took it said they'd have their service manager call us that Monday, that it would be the first mower worked on Monday morning. shady business practice of jumping an agreed amount on a repair bill prior to contacting me about repairs . an employee said the text that was sent which jumped the amount from $60.00 to $125.00 was something he could not change. Asked to speak to mgr and Denny the Manager said that he could change it to $75.00 I disagreed and went and picked up saw.
