Dropped off our lawnmower for repair/service. It wasn't starting. Got a call it was ready, picked it up - got it home and as we were unloading it we discovered a hole had been melted through the cover. Didn't bother to unload it just took it straight back to them (5-30-20). They took it said they'd have their service manager call us that Monday, that it would be the first mower worked on Monday morning.
