Ponen una hora para la cita y llegas y esta la calle llena de trucks, no hay donde estacionarse, te sacan y te dicen que en 1 hora te llamaran para darte puerta. Para que ponen appoinment si no lo respetan

Extremely bad experience. No bathroom for drivers. No parking. Took multiple hours to offload a few pallets. Their service sucks.

Just follow up the number for checked in and they will call you back for door and try to park little away from here because street is too tight and I got loaded within 2 hours and after they loaded you will bring paperwork to you
