If you have any issues with your home, they do everything they can to NOT help. We purchased our home in June of 2023, by February of 2024 our driveway was badly crumbling (as are nearly all of the driveways in the neighborhood) and they refuse to take any accountability even after being confronted by tons of members of the community about the PSI not being up to code. great neighbors, trying to get anyone to fix a problem is another story, moved in 2023 and have had standing water on our yard every since.
We just closed on our home two weeks ago and we absolutely love the community, The house is beautiful, And the purchasing process was flawless thank you to my agent and for Tara tyner for helping us with everything and getting us sent to our dream home
Legacy Farms had been a great community for us thus far. Tara Tyner was so great to work with. Once the build started, we would receive almost weekly updates with pictures. Anytime we had questions she was quick to reply or at least let us know that she would look into it. She was so nice, always had a smile on her face and worked with us and our realtor with the utmost professionalism!
