We just closed on our home two weeks ago and we absolutely love the community, The house is beautiful, And the purchasing process was flawless thank you to my agent and for Tara tyner for helping us with everything and getting us sent to our dream home
Legacy Farms had been a great community for us thus far. Tara Tyner was so great to work with. Once the build started, we would receive almost weekly updates with pictures. Anytime we had questions she was quick to reply or at least let us know that she would look into it. She was so nice, always had a smile on her face and worked with us and our realtor with the utmost professionalism!
Everyone and everything was seamless throughout our process. Tara in the sales office was very helpful and responsive.
This is a beautiful neighborhood. I found the homes to be exceptionally nice. If you are looking for a home near Nashville , this would be a great choice. When you are ready to look, be sure to ask for Tara Tyner. She is the builder’s agent and was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me.
I love this new home. My first time in a brand new home. It still has the new car smell. Lol!! Tara was awesome too. If I had questions she had answers. I appreciate that. Thank you all.
