I came in on a week day about 10 AM, ready to buy a tractor. There were no salesmen at all. 2 counter guys selling parts I assume. I walked all around the store looking for anyone to help me. I checked out a couple of tractors I liked. All I can say is a lot of plastic. I went to S and H in Joplin, I ended up spending almost 40,000 and a tractor and implements. The difference in the 2 stores is night and day. I would never recommend Heritage after this experience .
Fixed the mower did great work
Took my mower last month (paid and. Picked up 48 hrs within dropping off) paid the full bill of $116 then I get a call a month later telling me it’s ready for pick up yet it’s at my house and now I owe $150?! Seems like someone might be skimming of the top of something!
