I came in first thing this morning to get a deck belt for my new mower , you looked it up by model and sold me the $180 belt and i went home and spent several hours trying to figure out why it wouldnt work even unfastening the whole deck of the mower ... called back to parts and colton confirmed the part number but compared to old belt it was much longer ... so my wife brought old belt in and you sent me out with the wrong belt , hey mistakes ha... read more
