Front desk Daisy has a horrible phone manners. Please address this as this makes booking appointments stressful and unpleasant. So disappointing and unprofessional.

Dr.Philip Hardy has been my doctor for more than 10 years, and he had always been a great doctor and taken care of my health, but his staff is terrible. The day of my appointment I called to mentioned that I was running late, and to my surprise my appointment was never scheduled, and I had my appointment card available with the appointment. The front desk tells me to come in anyway with proof of my schedule appointment. I get there she tells me Hardy is on vacation (wow) and gives me an attitude on top of that. Dr. Hardy was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.
