Dr. Hardy is great. His support staff? Not so much. They have double-charged me, told me I had a balance when I didn't, and made ME look up confirmation codes for them to apply to my account after they had already billed me. They're also rude and will hangout up on you. Great MD, great PA, pretty bad admin staff.

When I first moved to Florida this was my primary doctor office. The male doctor I originally thought was good, but when I went in for a rash I had, the doctor (who didn’t have an assistant present) started checking other areas of my skin and then proceeded to look down my pants and look at my private area to “check” of there was a rash there too. Since moving to Orlando, we have been seeing Dr. Hardy at Legacy Family Medicine for the past seven plus years and feel so blessed to be under his care. Dr. Hardy is an excellent, caring doctor and his entire staff is absolutely amazing! Dr. Hardy very carefully listens, explains conditions and options forward in great detail and has been providing expert, compassionate care. Dr. Hardy is a fantastic primary care doctor!
I have been going to legacy family medicine for many years. Doctor Hardy is a very good Doctor and he cares about his patients.
