Dr.Philip Hardy has been my doctor for more than 10 years, and he had always been a great doctor and taken care of my health, but his staff is terrible. The day of my appointment I called to mentioned that I was running late, and to my surprise my appointment was never scheduled, and I had my appointment card available with the appointment. The front desk tells me to come in anyway with proof of my schedule appointment. I get there she tells me Hardy is on vacation (wow) and gives me an attitude on top of that. Dr. Hardy was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.
Just want to get on here to say a couple of things. Dr. Hardy is great in many ways, he helped me through a really tough time in my life… but I HAVE to agree that there have been many times that I have felt uncomfortable around him. A little too touchy/handsy for my liking… to the point where it felt inappropriate… like a professional line had been crossed… & It happened all the time…
Dr. Hardy is great. His support staff? Not so much. They have double-charged me, told me I had a balance when I didn't, and made ME look up confirmation codes for them to apply to my account after they had already billed me. They're also rude and will hangout up on you. Great MD, great PA, pretty bad admin staff.
