We purchased a new mobile home March 17, 2025 and it was finally delivered June 10, 2025. It set on blocks too high for us to reach the door. We waited and called for six weeks for them to finally return in August to add the wooden steps and skirting. Their skirting covered the access panel and no one did the punch out repairs from delivery. Nicely built turn key cabin , thank you Roberts construction and legacy direct .
I would not recommend buying anything from Legacy. The delivery and set-up of a very nice 2,280 square foot home was pathetic to say the least. Legacy did not come and check their work and expected a young single mother to do so. They included a form in the packet and figured she could find out the hard way that the air conditioner wasn't hooked up correctly, the insulation under the house was basically non-existent with air coming in around all doors, faucets, and the tub (thus frozen pipes), the trim work had gaps thr... read more
