I’m really disappointed with my surgery. It’s been over two years, and my eyes are still swollen every morning when I wake up, I look like a toad. Huge noticeable lump on the side, but subsides some during the day—especially the left side. The surgery was to fix a prolapsed lacrimal gland, and Dr. Priya Kalyam also said I had extra skin on my upper eyelid, so she removed some of it. After finding out that I had skin cancer next to my eye (just next to my tear duct) my doctor recommended me to see Dr. Kalyam and I'm so lucky that she did. From our first consultation, to the final post-surgery visit Dr. Kalyam has been so wonderful to work with. Today I experienced the worst time I have ever been treated by a health professional. When doctor Kalyam saw me (after kicking out her assistant from the room) , the first thing she said to me was “it seems you are late today”, to which I responded that I called the office and they said it was fine. Her attitude was very rude and at times sarcastic. At one point I asked her not to transfer her energy to me. However, there was no apology from her side. She didn’t even turned her face to see me. Dr. Kalyam and everyone from LECS were fantastic. I had a eyelids surgery a couple months ago, and throughout the process they were communicative, informative, kind, thoughtful, and everything you could hope for. I was nervous to going in, but they were very reassuring and did a wonderful job. I am healing really well, and I am so beyond thankful for Dr. Kalyam and her staffs. I highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks again.

Had a wonderful experience at Legacy Eyelids. Dr. Kalyam is a professional with an affable personality. She quickly diagnosed the problem with my eye and it needed surgery. She managed her schedule to accommodate my short timeframe. Dr, Kalyam was meticulous in performing the surgery, making it painless to me. My eye is back to normal. If you need to trust your eyes with somebody, then do it in Dr. Kalyam's hands.
