Very positive experience. Richard met me at previous customer's house to show me the product in advance. He helped in the discussion around colours to fit my house and what was popular. I liked how there were a few options that I could pick from that were put onto the house (both in the light and in shady parts of the house). Alberto, who was the individual who worked on my house, was an extremely hard worker, got the work done fast, and did a superior job. I had an excellent experience with Legacy Exteriors doing a major stucco repair on my chimney. I was able to get a quote with my first phone call and 2 stucco repair guys even showed up on the same day to review the job and accept my comments about the job. The service was very prompt - within a few weeks - and included a new chimney cap that they diagnosed to be part of my problem. It appears that unless you own a million dollar home, in a prestigious area., most renovation companies assume that is where the money is, forgetting about the older areas. We fight to find REPUTABLE and reasonable renovating companies to help out. We have become cautious ⚠️ about scammers. I left messages with several stucco companies, through Homestars and Google, almost to no avail. Only ONE called me back, this was Richard from LEGACY EXTERIORS.
