Expensive, but that's not the biggest problem, before building my new house with Moranda Homes, I lived in an older home for 5-6 years and had no issue with anything like water, heating, etc., but now that I am in my new house I have faced so many problems with the low build quality and even when I reach out they make excuses and refuse to even look at the situation. I do not recommend them at all!
Homes are being built fast in this area with several going in at once, so it can be noisy to live here…but that will lessen as they complete them. The management has been responsive to requests or things that need checked after a new owner moved in. This area has a firestation near it, and it is not noisy. It has a small playground which is a nice feature.
Their work is fair to good and they aren't great to work with.
