Don't spend your hard earned money here! They are a bunch of thieves! Purchased a chainsaw for my Husband as a gift, I don't know much about saws. I spent nearly $700 on this saw. It ended up being too small. So my husband returned it to them. They have the saw, still in brand new condition, it was never even used. Yet, they still have my money!! You should probably offer assistance when a customer walks in. Instead of having personal conversations whole sitting in offices seeing customers standing clearly waiting for help. Not surprising considering your sales staff never got back to us last year trying to buy a new tractor. Shocked this location is able to stay in business. Sure the only reason is service department. The rest of the place is worthless
